An interesting visit to the Kompozitor factory, learned about an amazing product we install called FuranFlex, a clever solution to chimney lining. The soft composite tube is pulled into the chimney, to be inflated with steam and hardened on the spot. Its made from high strength glass fibre and reinforced fire/corrosion resistant resin. FuranFlex adjusts to the shape of any chimney, and hardens irreversibly.
