Filtered Extraction

The SMOKI Junior is a compact and efficient solution for solid fuel pizza ovens, working alongside a separate pizza oven extractor fan to manage smoke and particulate emissions. Designed specifically for smaller installations, it supports flue connections up to 300mm in diameter and achieves extraction rates of up to 500 m³/h.
Ideal for wood-fired pizza ovens in commercial settings, the SMOKI Junior helps reduce visible smoke and improve air quality while meeting environmental standards. Its small footprint makes it easy to integrate into tight kitchen spaces without compromising performance.

The SMOKI is a fully integrated pizza oven extractor fan system, ideal for solid fuel pizza ovens and other solid fuel appliances in commercial kitchens. Unlike the Junior model, it features a built-in fan and control unit, allowing users to easily adjust the extraction rate based on their specific requirements.
With flue connection sizes available up to 250mm in diameter and extraction capacities of up to 500 m³/h, the SMOKI offers reliable smoke and particle management in a compact, self-contained design. It’s a versatile choice for operators looking for a more advanced, user-controlled ventilation solution for wood-fired ovens and similar solid fuel systems.
Non-Filtered Extraction

exodraft
The exodraft chimney fan RSV is an exhaust fan with a strong vertical discharge. As the chimney fan is mounted on top of the chimney, a vacuum is created in the flue pipe and the chimney. The chimney fan can be used for all types of fuels but is particularly suitable for solid fuel boilers, fireplaces and stoves. exodraft RSV chimney fans are designed so that they can withstand temperatures up to 250°C while maintaining continuous operation.

Flueboost
The Flueboost Boiler model controls flue gases up to 300°C giving boiler handing over to a heat output of 235 kW/h (800,000 Btu/h); this varies depending on the size and length of the flue. This is based on an average gas appliance working at 75% efficiency, 180°C with CO2 at 5%
