Flue Technicians
Our flue technicians are trained and ready to assist with experience of almost every flueing situation you can think of. Speak to Mark or Tony at our central sales office, or email sales@chimflue.co.uk They will advise you and take your order which can then be collected from Andover, or delivered to you next day.
Flue Stock & Delivery
We carry many ranges of flue and ancillary components in stock at each depot including flexible flue liner and rigid sectional condensing flue and can ship to anywhere in the UK overnight so that you receive your goods next working day – before 10.30am if required!
Sizing Advice & Guidance
Our technicians will access the boiler manufacturer’s installation material and our own sizing calculation software where necessary to provide you with as much sizing and guidance information as possible.
Rapid CAD Design
Our CAD trained technicians can take dimensions over the phone or from a rough sketch and turn them into a design drawing for your approval. We use drawing blocks supplied by major flue manufacturers so we can drop and join individual items to produce a drawing that will take much of the guesswork out of your installation and help ensure you get it right first time. We can even put your company name or logo in the drawing title box and send you the finished drawing for use on your project.
Flue Specials Manufacture
At our manufacturing facility in Andover we’ve been designing and turning out high quality flue components and support items for decades now. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide same-day service and turnaround. With most specials we can usually manufacture and ship if not overnight, then within a few working days at most!
Biomass
Biomass boiler systems are increasingly being used for both domestic and commercial applications. As with most technological advances toward greener and more sustainable heating solutions these days, the flueing requirements can often be less than totally clear at first. For those jobs where information is not available or just plain difficult to assess, ask about our site survey service. We have commercial sales engineers who carry out site surveys for quotation.
