The motors in the Exhausto fan units have special ball bearings that are sealed, lifetime lubricated and maintenance-free. The fan itself however does require regular inspection & cleaning, the frequency of this varies with the type of appliance and fuel being burnt but should generally be no less than once a year. Chimflue Ltd now offer a maintenance service to ensure the correct function and extended lifetime of your Exhausto system. This service is available to both domestic and commercial customers and can be quoted by any of our sales engineers.

Safe access is the one of our primary concerns when our installers attend site and for this reason, mechanical access or scaffolding is often necessary. We have recently aquired our own road tow able 17m cherry picker which allows us to gain access to most fan units without the need for costly scaffolds. |
